If you're in the infant stages of your business i.e. you're not making more than £5k a month, and you're finding yourself running around like a headless chicken trying to put bums on seats and selling at relatively low prices then it's time to charge more and do less otherwise your business will suffer.

In this video training, I'll show you how charging your clients more and doing less on delivery will actually benefit your clients and your business overall... in fact, I'd say it was essential to your business growth.

Charge More - Summary and final thoughts... 

  • When you charge more to fewer clients not only means you can get your time back to spend on more strategic planning and execution to grow and scale your business, it also releases time so you can spend it on things that you love doing and with the people you love.
  • Not only that, it means you can deliver an amazing service because with fewer clients you can invest more energy and time to them. Meaning a bigger more valuable transformation.
  • Charging more shouldn't feel icky, it means you'll feel better about giving more and over delivering to the clients you take on, instead of delivering a sub par service because you feel resentful of the energy given to many lower paying clients.
  • I believe in paying for the value and lower ticket services should be proportionate in support level and energy given to higher paying clients. Are you giving too much and charging to little?
  • Charging more means you can take guilt free time away to spend on things that are as equally important to your business and life, other than delivery. 
  • If you're constantly 'doing', and not spending time to grow, you're not in a business, you've inadvertently created another 9-5 job for yourself. But this time, with a heck of a lot more stress, which surely was a contributing factor to the reasons you left your job in the first place?

How your Quirks can help you Stand Out as a Unique Expert

It's time to stop pretending to be someone you're not and stand out as a unique expert

Today, I'm embracing my quirks and it may seem contradictory to what I usually say.

In my best-selling book 'Expert Unrivalled' and sell out programme Expertology, I give you an exercise to complete. In the exercise you take someone you truly admire and write down all the qualities that you admire about them. You then write down ways in which you have demonstrated them in the past and how you can harness those qualities in the future. It's certainly a powerful exercise!

But there are times when no matter how much you admire a quality is just doesn't come naturally to you and actually that point of difference, that quirk, when you embrace it as a strength, it could be your ticket to your future success.

Embrace Your Quirks

So today I'm declaring a quirk that I'm embracing, accepting and harnessing...

***Quality I admire in others - ' Grace'.


I've never had much luck with grace (in my mind it's that quiet leadership that's powerful and respected)...

... even as a child, I was referred to as a 'fairy elephant'. Whilst I do indeed demonstrate grace in certain situations, on the whole, I'm excitable, passionate and loud with it. 

Stand out as the Unique Expert & Harness your Zone of Genius

But the thing is,  I've been told that my passion is infectious and being that my greatest attribute is being motivational, without this quirk, I don't truly believe I could utilise this superpower.

Forget quiet power, it's just not me... bring on the loud passion and the childlike excitement!


Quiet has never been part of my DNA. Strong, loud, passionate and excited oh so definitely is. And for creating a movement of powerful entrepreneurs who own their worth, expertise and uniqueness, these are all incredible strengths.

This quirk allows me to be BOLD in the face of uncertainty and it allows me to motivate and inspire. It allows me the ability to shine a huge beaming light on what makes people 'unique and special'. It allows me to be brutally honest (with an arm around the shoulder) with my clients, and most of all it allows me to be truly me.

How and where do you attract high paying clients?

This is a common question that is asked and I'm not surprised...

We'd all love clients who are willing to pay more for our services but we get caught up in the questions of where they are and what do we need to offer them when actually we need to be focusing on other areas.

Firstly, you can attract high paying clients in the exact same places where you find lower paying clients.

The only difference between a client who is willing to pay more and a client who isn't, is that they have more belief in the possibility of a larger transformation and they are more serious about making a serious change.

It's the mindset of the client that's different.

But seriously,Where are they actually? 

So you could argue that you could find these people at niche/industry related events that have paid entry - they have made the effort to travel there AND they've paid for a ticket. These are people who are potentially more committed to transformation.

The same could be said for paid memberships on some level, they're serious about paying for value and opportunities for growth.

But this only answers a small part of the question, the real question is how do YOU ATTRACT these serious buyers to buy from YOU?

So here's some Truthbombs to help you out...

1. Well first things first, would someone who wants to pay for a serious transformation pay cheap prices?

The Answer - No they wouldn't. They'd be suspicious of why it was cheap and they wouldn't have the confidence that the service is the right thing for them. So it's time to look at your pricing to ensure that you're charging at the right level.

2. On the other hand, you also need to make sure that the offer is also promising the value that they want and that it matches the level of pricing you're charging at.

So the next question to ask yourself is, what package can you create that is so valuable to your ideal client that they can see the return on investment as clear as day?

3. Are you a specialist?

If you're not specialising, you'll be lacking the trust and credibility to attract high paying ideal clients need to have in you in order for them to feel confident and comfortable investing in you. People will always pay more for specialists because they know the service will fit them like a glove.

4. Along with all of that, are you kind of industry game changer that someone would want to pay a high amount in order to help them?

It may sound like a harsh question, but are you truly stepping up and into your full potential and owning your worth?

Get really honest with yourself about how you feel about charging, earning and delivering at level... if you're not, you'll struggle to attract anyone willing to pay those higher amounts.

Expert Status is subjective; who defines when you become an expert????

  • Instead of worrying about whether you're an expert or not, focus instead on being a specialist.
  • Being a specialist means you specialize in getting a specific result and overcoming a specific problem. As long as you're confident that you can get them the result then that is ALL that matters.
  • When you're a specialist, your marketing can become targeted, streamlined and way more effective. And whether you think you are or not, other people will automatically perceive you as the expert anyway.
  • People buy results, and if they know that you're a specialist in helping them specifically achieve the result that they want, they are going to pick you over a generalist every time!
